By downloading or using AWINK, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
Using AWINK
You must be old enough to hold an account in your jurisdiction and use AWINK in line with resort rules and applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Photos and content
Photos captured at partner resorts are made available to you in the app. Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the photos you buy. Resale or commercial use requires separate permission.
Purchases
Photo purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy.
Disclaimers
AWINK is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that a photo will be captured on any given run, as capture depends on passing through an active camera zone.
